Position Overview

This is a part‑time role (15 hours per week), worked across two consecutive days most likely Thursday and Friday (confirmed at interview). As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting a wide range of customer enquiries. You'll take ownership of each interaction, aiming to resolve queries efficiently, clearly, and with care.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through our systems and channels.
  • Take responsibility for resolving issues wherever possible.
  • Know when to upscale more complex or technical queries to specialist teams.
  • Use our systems to interpret data and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Offer guidance on our services, products, and the work we do as an organisation.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with customers by really listening to their needs.

Requirements
