Ready to lead change, not just support it? We’re looking for a Business Change Manager to help deliver one of the Mining Remediation Authority’s biggest transformation programmes: our Business Systems Replacement programme.
This is a great opportunity to work across the full change lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and implementation planning through to business readiness, communications, training and adoption.
You’ll work with senior leaders, project teams, subject matter experts and change champions to help colleagues understand, prepare for and adopt new systems and ways of working.
We’re looking for someone who can turn plans into action, build trusted relationships quickly and work confidently through ambiguity. You may already be a Business Change Manager, or you may come from project management, transformation, change readiness, training, communications or stakeholder engagement.
In return, you’ll get real visibility, autonomy and the chance to shape how major organisational change lands. At the Mining Remediation Authority, our work makes a real difference to people, communities and the environment in mining areas across Great Britain. If you're excited by the challenge of bringing people with you through change and want to help shape a major transformation programme, we'd love to hear from you.
