Responsibilities
- You will work on projects of different scale and complexity. On small to medium-sized projects, you will lead and deliver business analysis activities independently, taking ownership from requirements through to solution.
- On larger transformation programmes, you will work as part of a wider BA team, supporting the Senior Business Analyst with requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and system implementation — contributing meaningfully to complex initiatives while developing your experience of large-scale change.
- You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to elicit, critically analyse, and clearly document detailed business requirements, ensuring that all inputs are captured accurately and align with the strategic goals of the organisation.
- You will be expected to review, analyse, and enhance existing business processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and documenting both the current (‘as is’) and proposed (‘to be’) process states using industry‑standard process modelling tools and methodologies.
About The Role
Taking ownership of and delivering comprehensive business analysis activities across a range of business change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives while working effectively within both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
