Responsibilities

  • You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to elicit, critically analyse, and clearly document detailed business requirements, ensuring that all inputs are captured accurately and align with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • You will be expected to review, analyse, and enhance existing business processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and documenting both the current (‘as is’) and proposed (‘to be’) process states using industry‑standard process modelling tools and methodologies.

About The Role

Taking ownership of and delivering comprehensive business analysis activities across a range of business change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives while working effectively within both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
