Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

We are an established multi-million-dollar education and personal development company with a global portfolio, introducing a college to our brand. We are hiring for a flexible, fully remote, part-time IQA in advance for this new venture.

Formal Requirements:

  • Recognised IQA qualification (e.g., Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice or equivalent)
  • Occupational competence in the relevant vocational area
  • Experience in quality assurance and assessment processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery and assessment meet awarding organisation quality standards.
  • Oversee tutor/assessor training, recruitment, and CPD.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of learner records and assessment documentation.
  • Authorise and ensure accuracy of certification claims.
  • Monitor learner progression and support needs.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and standardisation across assessment teams.
  • Conduct observations and ensure compliance with equality requirements.
  • Manage conflicts of interest and prevent malpractice.
  • Act as the main point of contact for awarding organisations.
