The Coaching Inn Group is the operator of stunning historic coaching inns in beautiful towns across England and Wales and we are currently undergoing a major refurbishment at The Castle of Brecon Hotel in Brecon town centre and looking to re-open in April 2025.
We are now looking for talented people to become part of our Front of House team and we are recruiting for Hotel Duty Managers
As part of the Front of House Team, Duty Managers supervise shifts, leading the team in providing excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards and ensuring we exceed our guests expectations. We have Full and Part-time roles and are happy to discuss flexible working patterns, however as we are in a hospitality business we will require some weekend and evening availability.

Experience in previous supervisory roles is essential for this role and experience in a 20+ room hotel with some knowledge of bookings and reservations systems would be an advantage.
