The Opportunity
As General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the successful operation of The George, leading the team, driving commercial performance and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands that great hospitality starts with great people.
You’ll be visible, energetic and passionate about creating an environment where your team can thrive and guests feel genuinely welcomed.
You’ll have responsibility for the hotel’s day‑to‑day operation across accommodation, food and beverage, guest experience, people development, financial performance and compliance, working closely with the wider Coaching Inn Group team.

About You
You’ll be an accomplished hospitality professional with proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role, ideally within a hotel, coaching inn or premium hospitality environment.
A natural leader – someone who inspires people and leads from the front.
Commercially minded – confident managing budgets, KPIs, revenue and profitability.
Guest focused – passionate about delivering memorable experiences and exceptional service.
People orientated – committed to developing your team and creating a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
