We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Castle Hotel, Conwy. Working 5 days out of 7, from 6.30am start to latest finish of 2.30pm, you will be cooking breakfast to order for our guests in this beautiful, historic hotel and supporting with preparation and service of lunch.
You will be part of the kitchen team and will be used to working in a 5 Star hygiene kitchen and familiar with delivering the highest standards. You will be required to do some weekend shifts on a rotation basis. We would consider this role on a four day week basis, or split into 2 x part time roles - please feel free to ask about flexible working if you apply.
