About The Role

Working within our busy and dynamic kitchen, you'll play a key role in creating high‑quality dishes inspired by Modern British cuisine, showcasing the very best locally sourced Cornish produce and ingredients. Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie looking for your next challenge or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to progress your career, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high‑quality dishes to company standards.
  • Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in daily operations.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Assist with stock control and food ordering where required.
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining exceptional quality.
