We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.

The Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will take pride in ensuring every part of the hotel reflects the elegance, comfort, and attention to detail that defines Forest Park Country Hotel. You will lead and inspire the housekeeping team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our guest bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to exceptional standards
  • Manage housekeeping rotas and daily task allocation
  • Conduct room inspections and quality checks
  • Monitor stock levels and order housekeeping supplies
  • Support recruitment, training, and development within the department
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed
  • Work closely with Reception and Maintenance teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You – We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has previous experience in a Head Housekeeper or senior housekeeping role within hospitality
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and organisational skills
