About The Role
We're looking for a motivated
Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Events team at Coaching Inn Group.
You’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for weddings, meetings, conferences, private events and venue-led experiences across our hotel portfolio.
Working closely with our hotels, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to handover while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
- What You’ll Do
- Convert wedding and event enquiries into bookings.
- Conduct venue show rounds and prepare tailored proposals.
- Build strong relationships with couples and corporate clients.
- Drive sales for meetings, private events and local venue events.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Work with hotel and marketing teams to promote events.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate booking records.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience in hospitality, hotel or events sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- A proactive, sales-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
