This role will involve working weekends and the shift patterns would be either 7am - 2pm or 2pm – 9pm. The ideal candidate would need to have prior reception experience; Reslynx trained would be preferred but not necessary. Fun, bubbly and energetic personality. Experience is not essential, but an eagerness to do well is. A desire to delight every guest. Working well in a team, but can also use your own initiative. Comfortable using computers and different systems. Able to proactively answer guests' questions in person, on the telephone and via email. Great time management and organisational skills.
