The Role

We’re looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join the team at The Coach Makers Arms. As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll be the face of Cubitt House, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences, supporting the team to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.
  • Assist with stock management, table settings, and preparation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
