The Co-operative Group is hiring a Warehouse Team Manager for the Lea Green depot in St Helens. You’ll lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe and accurate picking and packing while coaching the team to deliver improvements week on week.
This back-shift role runs 2pm–10pm, 39 hours per week, with a 15% premium. You’ll drive warehouse standards, health and safety, plan workloads, and build strong relationships with internal partners to achieve targets.
