Overview
In this role, you will own and advance the delivery tooling that underpins how DT&D plans and tracks work at Co-op. Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to improve tooling, data quality, and guidance, enabling more reliable planning and faster value delivery. You’ll influence how delivery information is managed, reported, and used to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead administration, configuration and continuous improvement of project delivery and portfolio management tooling (Planview/KeyedIn) and shape future tooling landscape
- Provide subject matter expert guidance to colleagues across DT&D
- Advise delivery teams on effective use of tooling to meet objectives
- Create and maintain training materials, guidance and onboarding resources
- Collaborate with user groups to improve adoption, consistency and user experience
- Measure value from tooling improvements, automation and process optimisation using data/insights
- Maintain high-quality data for reporting, forecasting and decision-making
- Analyse feedback and usage trends to identify improvements and guide development
- Support convergence of project and product tooling across the organisation
Key requirements
- Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery or portfolio management tooling (Planview/KeyedIn, Sciforma, MS Project)
- Understanding of Agile and product-led delivery environments
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across teams and levels
- Experience working with data, reporting or MI to support decision-making
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to translate ideas into practical solutions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise based on business value
