Overview
In this role, you will shape how DT&D collaborates and improves by turning insights into practical actions. You’ll coordinate ways of working, run workshops, and enable scalable improvements across teams. You’ll work with leaders and delivery teams to turn feedback into lasting change that enhances services for members and customers. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a large, complex technology function with a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support ways of working, standards and continuous improvement initiatives across DT&D
- Organise workshops, reviews, learning sessions and community events ensuring value delivery
- Facilitate sessions and capture outcomes, translating them into actionable items
- Analyze delivery health data and dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain guidance, tools, templates and assets to standardize ways of working
- Communicate outcomes, improvements and learnings to leaders and teams across the function
- Contribute to scalable, repeatable approaches usable across multiple teams and value streams
- Support ongoing improvement of standards, practices and enablement activities across DT&D
Key requirements
- Experience in operational, delivery, improvement or enablement role within technology/project delivery
- Strong organisational and coordination skills managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with data, reporting or dashboards to generate insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels
- Passion for continuous improvement and translating ideas into practical actions
