Change Analyst – Supply Chain and Logistics34,000 to 40,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)Manchester city centre (hybrid)We're looking for a Change Analyst to join our Supply Chain team here at Co-op.

You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across our supply chain and logistics network, external partnerships, and programmes to support partnership and network review activity and change initiatives.

We'll look to you to help shape future ways of working, understand operational impacts, and support the successful delivery of network changes across our supply chain operations. What you'll doLead and co-ordinate workshops to capture current and future ways of working across our Supply Chain and Logistics teamsAnalyse operational processes and support the development of new ways of working to enable partnership and network changesSupport the delivery of Channels and Optimisation plansOwn and maintain milestone plans, stock phasing activity, and change-related actions across multiple projectsAssess risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where possible and helping to solve issuesCreate and deliver clear communications that help colleagues understand upcoming changesBuild and maintain strong relationships across our supply chain and logistics network, programme teams, and external partnershipsUse data and insight to support decision-making and find opportunities to improve business performanceWhat you'll bringWe're committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
