Overview
As CBS Delivery Manager you will lead cross-functional change programs within the Change team of Co-op Business Services, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and that changes are embedded across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions and drive sustainable impact aligned with the Co-op mission of creating value for member-owners. You will work with diverse teams, manage risks and budgets, and model inclusive, collaborative behavior to help teams learn and grow. This is a high-impact role at a purpose-led organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of change projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes
- Plan and manage change across CBS and the wider business to improve operating ways
- Establish decision-making structures and smooth change governance
- Provide clear, honest updates on risks, costs, progress to stakeholders
- Develop understanding of the business to support change from all angles
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with constructive communication
- Model inclusive, collaborative behavior and support team development
- Facilitate meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders
- Take responsibility for project finances and budget management
