In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the Estate Planning team, enabling case handlers to deliver a smooth client experience. You will handle client and third-party communications, manage a task list, and contribute to process improvements within a supportive, member-owned organization. Responsibilities

  • Support case handlers with client and third-party communications and admin tasks
  • Handle inbound calls and build positive relationships
  • Maintain and schedule tasks and follow-ups with third parties and internal partners
  • Complete ad-hoc requests including customer conversations by phone
  • Answer emails via a shared inbox
  • Support the development and implementation of system or process changes

Key requirements

  • Some previous administration experience
  • Great communication skills with confidence speaking to clients on the phone
