About The Clubhauz
The Clubhauz is the next-gen members club for creators, bridging digital and IRL through premium events, exclusive community, and an AI-powered platform. We’re building the next generation members club for content creators: curated, elevated, and for the next wave of creator-entrepreneurs.
The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, well-connected Events & Partnerships Lead to own our 2026 event series (London/NYC), drive strategic brand collaborations, and help shape the premium, founder-led energy of The Clubhauz.
What you’ll do:
- Plan & execute events: Lead on logistics, production, and guest experience for monthly creator socials, workshops, and headline “hero” events (Fashion Week, retreats, off-sites).
- Drive brand partnerships & sponsorships: Pitch and secure sponsors/brand partners for events - targeting beauty, fashion, tech, and creator-economy brands. Negotiate and activate deals.
- Guestlist curation: Curate and manage a “who’s who” of creators, founders, and industry insiders, ensuring every event feels exclusive, on-brand, and impactful.
- Community experience: Shape the member and guest journey, from invitations to post-event buzz, making sure The Clubhauz is the place to be.
- Social proof & post-event impact: Coordinate event recaps, testimonials, and organic creator content to drive FOMO and future sponsor interest.
- Innovate formats: Launch and scale new event series that are relevant for our members.
About you:
- 2+ years in events, partnerships, or brand activations (ideally in creator economy, influencer/PR, or lifestyle/beauty/fashion brands).
- Relevant industry network - can quickly get sponsors/guests on board.
- Experience pitching, closing, and executing six-figure brand deals (bonus if with startups).
- Ultra-organised, detail-obsessed, thrives in fast-paced/lean teams.
- Comfortable owning full project from outreach to execution to reporting.
- Confident communicator - can represent the brand at all levels.
- “Operator” energy, but with founder-level taste and standards.
Compensation:
Base + commission on secured sponsorships (negotiable). Potential for full-time or “Head of Events & Partnerships” role as we scale.
