About the role
The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment. As a Clubroom F&B Supervisor, you will oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operations, managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate and supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Plan and execute events (e.g., BBQs, quiz nights).
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
- Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold club values.
