Job Summary
We\’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House team member to join us at The Club House — a busy, contemporary café and event space with a focus on quality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who\’s naturally warm, takes pride in good service, and thrives in a fast-paced but well-run environment.
You should:
- Have previous hospitality or bistro-style service experience (3 year minimum)

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Assist with catering events, ensuring all requirements are met for successful service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
