The Club Company is seeking a passionate Membership Cluster Lead Manager to oversee membership administration across our UK clubs, including renewals, direct debit collections, and changes.

This is predominantly a home-based role with travel to clubs for training and meetings.

You will build strong relationships with members and club teams, identify retention opportunities, train staff, and ensure processes are followed.
