We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Manager to provide an exceptional experience for all members, guests, and visitors. You will supervise reception staff, develop procedures to ensure smooth operations, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
In this role, you will:
- Hire, train, and evaluate the reception team to ensure top-notch service and a well-presented reception.
- Manage daily operations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Promote services, memberships, and special offers.
- Oversee the switchboard, ensure health and safety compliance, and act as Duty Manager when needed.
- Work closely with the Head of Club Experience/Deputy General Manager to identify areas for improvement and recommend maintenance or upgrades.
