Overview
Senior Wellness Coach needed to provide personalised coaching to members on health and wellness topics, including weight management, fitness, stress, and work-life balance.
You will deliver wellness inductions, create tailored exercise programmes, monitor progress, and support lasting behavioural changes while building strong member relationships in a positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised coaching sessions and wellness inductions for members.
- Create tailored exercise programmes based on individual goals and lifestyle.
- Provide ongoing support to help members achieve lasting changes and monitor progress to keep them on track.
- Foster a positive, engaging environment and build authentic relationships with members.
- Drive member interaction, upsell services, and support membership retention.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic gym space by inspecting equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing routine cleaning checks.
Qualifications
- CIMSPA related qualifications (desirable).
- A Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
- CPR, First Aid, or AED certification.
- Experience in a health and fitness facility.
- Working Environment and Hours
We operate a 7-days-a-week business, with shift patterns between 0600 and 2300. Shifts vary by business needs, including weekends and bank holidays.
