We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Wellness Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalised coaching to members on a wide range of health and wellness topics, including weight management, fitness, stress, and work-life balance.
You will deliver wellness inductions, create tailored exercise programmes based on each member's goals and lifestyle, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve lasting changes. Your coaching will empower members to make positive behavioural and lifestyle changes, and you'll monitor their progress to ensure they stay on track.
Building strong, authentic relationships with members will be key, as you foster a positive, engaging environment. You'll ensure the gym is a safe, hygienic space by maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing routine cleaning checks.

A Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.
Experience in a health and fitness facility.
Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
