The Role:

Our Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a range of fitness and wellbeing programmes across wellness, group fitness, gym/studio, pool, and crèche. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional membership experience while delivering creative services for all members.

You will oversee a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment across all departments, collaborating with the Wellness Coaches, Swimming Co-ordinator, Lifeguards, Group Fitness Coordinator, and Crèche Manager. You'll ensure health and safety compliance, maintain industry standards, and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service.

You will provide training and development for fitness and wellness, and the crèche team, ensuring industry certifications are maintained, and manage operational policies, goals, and procedures. In collaboration with the Membership Sales Manager and Event Sales Manager, you will create promotions and activities to drive registrations, boost sales, and engage members. Budget management and cost control will also be key to ensuring profitability and delivering The Club Company Wellness Experience.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • CIMSPA related qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports or recreational management, sports marketing or related discipline.
  • CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.
  • Experience in a health and fitness facility management desirable.

Schedule:

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
