Our Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a range of fitness and wellbeing programmes across wellness, group fitness, gym/studio, pool and crèche. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional membership experience while delivering creative services for all members. You will oversee a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment across all departments, collaborating with Wellness Coaches, Swimming Co‑ordinator, Lifeguards, Group Fitness Coordinator, and Crèche Manager. You’ll ensure health and safety compliance, maintain industry standards, evaluate team performance, and provide training and development for the fitness, wellness and crèche teams. You will manage operational policies, goals and procedures, and collaborate with Membership Sales Manager and Event Sales Manager to create promotions and activities that drive registrations, boost sales and engage members. Budget management and cost control will also be key to ensuring profitability and delivering The Club Company Wellness Experience. Qualifications

  • CIMSPA related qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports or recreational management, sports marketing or related discipline.
  • CPR, First Aid or AED certified.
  • Experience in a health and fitness facility management desirable.

Working Hours and Schedule

We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
