The Role:

We are looking for a warm and caring individual to join our team as a Crèche Assistant. In this role, you will ensure that children are happy, comfortable, and well-cared for in a safe and stimulating environment. You will engage with the children, offering stimulating and varied play activities, and provide a welcoming atmosphere as soon as they arrive.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, such as attendance and safety logs and for assisting with age-appropriate play and activities. Working closely with the Crèche Manager, you will help create new initiatives and ensure the crèche is tidy, organised, and safe at all times. You'll also build trusting relationships with parents, responding sensitively to their needs.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Children and Young Persons Workforce or equivalent is preferred.

Schedule:

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements - weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions.
