We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.

As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up tables and event spaces, greeting and serving guests, delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining well-stocked bar areas, upselling offerings, clearing and cleaning tables, ensuring money handling procedures are followed, and flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience at a prestigious golf and country club while contributing to our exceptional food, beverage and service standards.

Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
