The Role
We'relooking for a passionate and customer-focused Membership Cluster Lead Managerto play a key role in managing andretainingour membership base across The Club Company.
Working as part of the central membership team, you'llbe responsible formembership administration, including renewals, direct debit collections, membership changes, suspensionsand cancellations, while supporting our clubs to deliver an exceptional member experience.
You'llbuild strong relationships with members and club teams, identifyopportunities toretainand re-engage members, provide guidance and training to club teams, and ensure membership processes are consistently followed.
This is apredominantly home-basedrole with occasional travel to clubs for training, supportand team meetings.
Experience & Skills Required
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
- Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive member conversations with professionalism and understanding.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing conflict and negotiating positive outcomes.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst supporting and motivating colleagues.
- Adaptability and a positive approach to change and continuous improvement.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a membership-based or customer-focused business.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in membership management, customer retention, debtrecoveryor renewals would beadvantageous
Schedule
- We operate a 7-days a week business, your required working pattern may include weekends and bank holidays
- This is a hybrid role with travel to all clubs as per the requirements of the business
