Our Club is seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to supervise customers in and around our swimming pool. You will ensure the safety of all pool users by enforcing policies, guidelines, and safety procedures while providing a secure and enjoyable environment. In this role, you will monitor pool activities at all times, promptly addressing any concerns, and ensuring swimmers are safe and following pool regulations. You will also oversee pool usage to ensure it stays within safe limits and report any health and safety concerns to the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining a clean pool area, including the cleaning of related facilities, and ensure safety equipment is used properly. If you are passionate about safety, enjoy helping others, and want to contribute to a positive swimming experience, we would love for you to join our team.
