We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our vibrant team. With a strong background in hospitality and food and beverage operations, the ideal candidate will showcase excellent supervisory skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
As Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your focus on guest satisfaction will be key, as you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing service and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including supervising dining areas, managing rotas, maintaining standards, assisting during peak periods, ordering supplies, and familiarising yourself with our menu offerings. You will play a key role in training the team, maximising revenue, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role is desirable.
- Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field) is desirable, though relevant experience will also be considered.
- An excellent standard of presentation, great communication skills and a customer service-driven attitude are essential.
Schedule:
We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and.
