We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Porter to manage our front‑desk operations during the night shift. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and secure overnight experience. Your efforts will help create a safe, comfortable environment, allowing our guests to rest easy, while maintaining the smooth operation of hotel services throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage late check‑ins, early check‑outs and reconcile charges from the previous day.
- Ensure security of the hotel and its guests, communicating with team members via portable phone.
- Monitor key handling and turn off lights in unoccupied rooms.
- Assist guests with any needs and oversee night‑time cleaning operations.
- Balance financial accounts, report maintenance issues and manage emergency situations.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience of comparable work in a hotel/hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a reliable, detail‑oriented mindset.
