We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables and event spaces.
- Greet and serve guests, delivering food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain well-stocked bar areas and upsell offerings.
- Clear and clean tables and ensure money handling procedures are followed.
- Assist flexibly in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and barista duties.
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours from 0600 to 2300, including weekends, bank holidays and function evenings until 0200.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role desirable.
- Food safety certification and/or HACCP certification is desirable.
- An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
