We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our vibrant team. With a strong background in hospitality and food and beverage operations, the ideal candidate will showcase excellent supervisory skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing service and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, and assist during peak periods.
  • Order supplies and familiarize yourself with menu offerings.
  • Train and develop the team, maximize revenue, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field), or relevant experience considered.
  • Excellent presentation, great communication skills and a customer service-driven attitude.
