Join our team at a prestigious golf and country club as a Food & Beverage Assistant, delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for Club Members and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up tables and event spaces
  • Greeting and serving guests
  • Delivering food and drinks promptly
  • Maintaining well stocked bar areas
  • Upselling offerings
  • Clearing and cleaning tables
  • Ensuring money handling procedures are followed
  • Flexibly assisting in various front of house areas, including full bar and Barista duties
  • Adhering to operating hours (0600-2300, including weekends and bank holidays; evening availability for functions until 0200)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role (desirable)
  • Food safety certification and/or HACCP certification (desirable)
  • Excellent standard of presentation (essential)
