Join our team at a prestigious golf and country club as a Food & Beverage Assistant, delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for Club Members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up tables and event spaces
- Greeting and serving guests
- Delivering food and drinks promptly
- Maintaining well stocked bar areas
- Upselling offerings
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Ensuring money handling procedures are followed
- Flexibly assisting in various front of house areas, including full bar and Barista duties
- Adhering to operating hours (0600-2300, including weekends and bank holidays; evening availability for functions until 0200)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role (desirable)
- Food safety certification and/or HACCP certification (desirable)
- Excellent standard of presentation (essential)
