The Club Company is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at one of our premium golf and country clubs. You will assist the Sous Chef with food preparation to specification, source ingredients, and help minimise wastage in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, following food safety standards, and supporting the Head Chef in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Evening availability and flexible shifts are expected.
