We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for all members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the Club, greeting customers in a polite and professional manner and ensuring the reception area is always tidy and well-presented. You will handle payments and charges for services, address any customer complaints, and ensure that all health and safety policies are followed. You will also perform general office duties and contribute to the smooth running of the front of house operations. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
