As a Night Porter, you will manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and reconcile charges from the previous day. You will be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests, ensuring smooth communication with guests and team members through the portable phone. Your duties include monitoring key handling, turning off lights in unoccupied rooms, assisting guests with any needs, and overseeing night-time cleaning operations to ensure all areas are prepared for the following day.
