We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.

As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up tables and event spaces
  • Greeting and serving guests
  • Delivering food and drinks promptly
  • Maintaining well-stocked bar areas
  • Upselling offerings
  • Clearing and cleaning tables
  • Ensuring money handling procedures are followed
  • Flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience at a prestigious golf and country club while contributing to our exceptional food, beverage and service standards. Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
