The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both club members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up tables and event spaces.
- Greeting and serving guests.
- Delivering food and drinks promptly.
- Maintaining well‑stocked bar areas.
- Upselling offerings.
- Clearing and cleaning tables.
- Ensuring money handling procedures are followed.
- Flexibly assisting in various front‑of‑house areas, including full bar and barista duties.

Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role desirable.
- Food safety certification and/or HACCP certification desirable.

Schedule
We operate a 7‑day a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
