The Role:

Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this key role, you'll supervise and plan the work of our housekeeping team, making sure that tasks are completed to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for scheduling shifts, inspecting the team’s work, and ensuring we’re always stocked up on supplies. You’ll also take charge of lost and found items, reporting any maintenance or repair needs, and coordinating deep cleaning activities to keep the hotel pristine. You’ll collaborate with other departments for special events and regularly inspect facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be reporting to the Hotel Manager, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Club, resort or other hospitality industry housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Schedule:

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
