We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will work alongside and report to the Head and or Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will oversee food safety, uphold health & safety compliance, maintain high standards across all kitchen sections, and ensure cleanliness in food preparation areas. Your role includes preparing and serving food to specification, supervising staff, managing stock, minimising waste and contributing to departmental goals. Additionally, you will assist during busy periods, communicate and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience at a prestigious golf and country club whilst upholding our exceptional food, beverage and service standards.
GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards. Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
