This position would suit a Chef de Partie who has already gained experience working in a busy kitchen environment. You should be capable of working well under pressure and should be strong team player. A current certificate in Basic Food Hygiene is essential.
You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service are achieved in accordance with our Group Policy.
The position will include providing support to the Head Chef, food preparation responsibilities and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also ensure that all our guests leave the Club completely satisfied, having received a level of service that exceeds their expectations.
This is a full-time role and will include evening and weekend work, 5 out of 7 days per week. No split shifts, good rates of pay and benefits including off peak membership to health & fitness and golf club
