The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Trainer to provide high-quality fitness instruction and tailored training programmes for our members. You will design one-on-one fitness sessions, create personalised workout plans, and track progress to help members achieve their goals.
Your role will include assessing fitness levels, guiding on exercises, and supporting rehabilitation for those recovering from injuries. You will demonstrate exercises, motivate members, and ensure correct form to prevent injury. Additionally, you will greet members, assist with gym equipment, maintain a safe environment, and manage administrative tasks related to invoicing and client records. If you're passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals, we'd love to have you join our team!
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer.
- CIMSPA related qualifications, desirable.
- NVQ Level 3 Personal Training or equivalent.
- CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.
Schedule:
We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
