The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, from vacuuming floors and dusting furniture to sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks. You’ll also be in charge of stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You’ll prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. Additionally, you’ll notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. To help you grow in your role, you’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.

- Experience of comparable work preferred.
Schedule:
- We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300.
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
