The Role:
Join The Club Company as an Event Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, managing and organising a variety of events, from conferences to social gatherings. You will ensure that each event exceeds customer expectations, remains within budget and meets revenue targets.
You will manage the full event life cycle from initial enquiry to booking and execution, working closely with both clients and internal teams. You will also identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and help attract new corporate clients through proactive marketing efforts, building long-term relationships.

Experience & Skills Required:
- A Degree in a related field (business, hospitality management, public relations or sales etc) is desirable.
- Relevant related skills and experience.
- Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Schedule:
- We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
- Evening availability for functions (until 0200)
