We are looking for an experienced Cleaner with leadership skills to join us as a Cleaning Team Supervisor at one of our clubs. You will work alongside the team to ensure the club is presented at its highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
40 Hours per week across days, evenings, and weekends.
As a leader of the Clean Team, you and the team will be expected to provide excellent service to our members and guests by delivering a clean and safe environment for them to enjoy every day, ensuring that cleaning never negatively impacts their experience.
Main Duties will include:
- Leadership of the team including managing performance, recruitment, rotas, and team training.
- Cleaning duties to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Completing routine inspection sheets and daily/weekly task checklists.
- Conducting deep cleaning activities across all areas.
- Complying with relevant health and safety/COSHH regulations relating to the use and storage of equipment and substances/materials.
- Customer service; helping with customer queries and feedback.
- Stock management and ordering.
- Reporting all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the Maintenance Manager and the Duty Manager.
- Reporting any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, power cut, or other irregularities to the Duty Manager.
Skills & Experience needed:
- Previous Supervisory experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with high standards and attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Good knowledge of the Health & Safety regulations.
- An enhanced DBS clearance before start date.
