We are looking for a Lifestyle Partnerships Manager!

As our Lifestyle Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and growing relationships across the Arts, Media, and Entertainment sector, driving the business of Membership, including Corporate Memberships and Partnerships, to expand our community. You will drive a calendar of Members Events and experiences, and external revenue through Private Events by creating and implementing strategic sales action plans. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and secure partnerships across a range of luxury lifestyle industries, from theatre and fashion to art, wellness and culture.
  • Design and develop exclusive member experiences, both small and large scale, on and off-site.
  • Leverage and expand reciprocal agreements with other prestigious venues, concierge and lifestyle experiences, to provide exceptional benefits for members.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and corporate entities.
  • Develop an influential database of contacts, including major media, arts and theatre organisations in the area.

Membership Engagement & Relationships

  • Network growth: Maximise networking opportunities and establish the Partnerships Manager as a prominent figure in local industry forums.
  • Manage and Cultivate Relationships: Oversee and develop long-term relationships with key members, Committee Members, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Maintain regular communication, address any concerns, and work proactively to deliver exceptional experiences that foster client loyalty and repeat business.
  • Represent and network at industry events: Act as the venue’s ambassador at key industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Build and strengthen professional relationships, engage with potential clients and members, and generate new business leads that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Support the Club General Manager and Membership team in promoting local initiatives and events at external events.

Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies tailored to drive increased business and revenue growth for The Ivy Club. This involves analysing market trends, competitor analysis, identifying opportunities, and setting actionable goals to attract high-value events, experiences, membership and partnership growth.
  • Drive business development Initiatives: Actively seek new business opportunities to enhance the venue\’s profile within the industry and secure partnership agreements. Focus on building and nurturing relationships with members, event hosts and organisers, and individuals planning special occasions, ensuring The Loft at The Ivy Club becomes their venue of choice.
  • Business targets: Work towards predetermined targets to generate and maximise Membership and Events revenue for the venue.
  • Generate initiatives to increase revenue during known downtime periods by planning ahead to impact these periods.
  • Utilise commercial acumen to be creative, inventive, and resourceful.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success in sales, partnerships, membership or business development roles within a Members\’ club or high-end luxury lifestyle hospitality venue.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop successful business strategies.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
